Glenwood High School has been named the top high school in the Springfield area in annual ratings by U.S. News and World Report.
Glenwood ranks 105th in the state, which is in the top 6 percent, and is in the top 10 percent in the nation.
Rankings are based on state-required tests, graduation rates and college readiness.
