Springfield Mayor Misty Buscher is asking the Springfield City Council on September 16th to confirm Cory Brown as the new director of Oak Ridge Cemetery.
The cemetery is the 2nd most visited in the U.S. as it is home to Lincoln’s Tomb.
The reason a new director is needed is because current director Greg Tally is retiring.
