A Grand Jury has indicted Edward Massey on three counts of second-degree murder, possession of a weapon by a felon, and methamphetamine possession. The charges come from the July 19th shooting of ReKeea Jackson.
Massey was initially arrested for aggravated discharge of a firearm, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, and possession of a controlled substance. Massey is scheduled to be back in court on September 22nd.
