Sangamon County Sheriff Paula Crouch and President of the Springfield Branch NAACP Austin Randolph Jr have signed the 10 Shared Principles.
The 10 Shared Principles were crafted by the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police and the Illinois NAACP State Conference. The goal is to enhance the relationship between law enforcement and the communities they serve.
