Taylorville Police arrested a Chatham man on Thursday for impersonating a police officer and unlawful restraint.
According to the Taylorville Police Department Jordon Monroe, of Chatham, was taken into custody following inquiries from several citizens about police activity on the square.
Taylorville Police are urging anyone who may have interacted with Monroe to contact the Taylorville Police Department.
