On November 7th, the Crowne Plaza in Springfield hosted the annual YMCA Gala to benefit the YMCA of Springfield, a signature event dedicated to strengthening community programs and services. The evening featured inspiring stories, fundraising activities, and a celebration of the YMCA’s mission to promote youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Woodward Community Media was proud to be part of this impactful event. Two of our on-air personalities played key roles:
- Sam Madonia, host of AM Springfield on WMAY, energized the crowd as the live auctioneer, helping raise critical funds for YMCA initiatives.
- Rocki, co-host of The Morning Routine on 98.7 WNNS, served as the emcee, guiding guests through the evening with her engaging presence.
