Sangamon-Menard Crime Stoppers is looking for tips to solve an arson at Carter’s Fish Market on South Grand Avenue in Springfield early Sunday morning.
Crime Stoppers said surveillance video shows a Black man with a gray beard wearing a dark coat and stocking cap pouring liquid from a blue jug around the cook shed before igniting it at about 1 a.m. Sunday.
