The next round of road closures for water main relocation for the Springfield Rail Improvements Project begins tomorrow.
Eastbound North Grand Avenue between 8th and 9th streets and northbound 9th Street between North Grand Avenue and Reservoir Street will be closed starting Tuesday for about a week.
