A 19-year-old Jacksonville man pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the second day of his trial on Wednesday in Morgan County.
Larry Taylor was charged in the 2024 shooting death of 18-year-old Trenton Jackson at a Jacksonville liquor store parking lot.
Taylor was sentenced to 20 years in prison plus three years each for aggravated use of a weapon and aggravated battery to a peace officer.
