Incumbent 13th District Congresswoman Nikki Budzinski easily won the Democratic nomination for another term over Dylan Blaha with more than three-quarters of the votes cast.
Jeff Wilson easily defeated Joshua Loyd on the Republican side.
Mary Miller easily outpolled GOP challengers Ryan Tebrugge and Judy Bowlby in her bid to retain her 15th Congressional District seat.
Miller will face Democrat Jennifer Todd in November
