More than 260 bills are one step closer to passage after a busy deadline week in the Illinois House.
Capitol News Illinois reports the bills would allow human composting, let rideshare drivers unionize, ban cell phones in schools and regulate social media.
Many sponsors say they’ll amend their bills before they get to the full House for a vote.
They’ll all still need approval from both chambers of the legislature and the governor to become law.
