A Girard man has been arrested for Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material as well as Dissemination of Child Sexual Abuse Materials.
Illinois State Police specials agents conducted a search warrant on April 1st at the residence of James Barnard. Barnard, 48 of Girard was then taken into custody.
Barnard is being held at the Macoupin County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
