Day 5 on Monday of the Illinois State Fair is Senior Day and Scout Day.
Visitors age 60 and older and scouts in uniform are admitted free. Events geared toward senior citizens are scheduled throughout the day at the Illinois Building.
The Scout Day tent is just outside the carnival midway entrance.
Shake Baby Shake is the spotlight act tonight at the Grand Central Stage under the Reisch Pavilion, truck and tractor pulls begin at 7:30 at the Multi-Purpose Arena, and 38 Special with Warrant play a free concert tonight at the grandstand.
