According to a new survey, more than half of Americans say they’re expecting tomorrow to be the most stressful day OF THEIR LIVES.
The survey also found 59% of people say this has already been the most stressful YEAR of their lives, and two-thirds just wish the year were over.
The survey also found the top five ways people have successfully managed at least some of their stress this year.
They are: Reading . . . exercise . . . hobbies . . . meditation . . . and cooking or baking.
