The holidays is a time to throw away that diet and indulge in all those delicious, unhealthy holiday delights.
However a new survey of 2,000 Americans finds 63% of use battle with “food guilt” during the holiday season. 53% worry they’ll make even unhealthier eating choices this year due to how stressful 2020’s been.
When it comes to sweets and treats, many of use can’t resist:
- pumpkin pie (16%)
- apple pie (15%)
- sugar cookies (14%)
- cinnamon rolls (14%)
- cherry pie (10%)
4 in 10 are open to the idea of eating healthier version but 60% will grab whatever is arm’s reach. Cookies, candy, leftovers were the top ‘grab in a hurry’ snacks.
