Americans are now spending an average of $47 a month on streaming services. That’s up 24% from last April, when we were spending $38 a month.
49% of Americans subscribe to FOUR streaming services . . . while 13% of us use SEVEN OR MORE.
Obviously, the pandemic has a lot to do with the increase . . . but the launch of several new platforms including HBO Max and Peacock helped.
Not surprisingly, Netflix is the #1 streaming service. It’s followed by Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Peacock, and Apple TV+.
