Cold Stone Creamery is rolling out a new St. Patrick’s Day flavor this year . . . it’s a Lucky Charms-flavored ice cream that’s green. And they’re also offering Lucky Charms marshmallows and gold glitter as toppings . . . plus green waffle cones as well.
