That ‘2:30 feeling’ is a real thing. A YouGov survey found we feel ‘most productive’ in the morning.

Early and late morning is our most productive time of day (24%). After that, less people feel they are most productive in early afternoon (16%) and late afternoon (10%).

Evenings aren’t very productive, early (6%) and late (7%). Then there’s those night owls working in the ‘middle of the night’ (4%). 18-24 year-olds were the ones to be productive at night.
