New pants size? Quarter of us have changed a size since last year

As the world gets back to ‘normal’ many are having to update their wardrobe — and it’s because we’re wearing new sizes.

Sales are up for Levis by 30% over last year and their CEO says by their math a quarter of us are wearing a new size of jeans. That’s not necessarily because of weight gain, some have lost it too. However being home has translated to an average gain of a pound and a half each month. That could be a reason for the new trend in buying ‘loose’ fitting jeans.
