Google Reviews are meant to let people how a business is and your experience with them. Well, a couple’s review has landed them in court with a lawsuit.
Autumn Knepper and Adam Marsh tried to get a leaky roof fixed and, according to them, were treated rudely on top of dismissive by a roofing company. So they wrote a negative one-star review. Well the company threated to and then filed a lawsuit against them to the tune of $112,000! The roofers claimed defamation and intentionally harming the company’s business.
