Sometimes it’s hard to figure out why really nice dogs get overlooked at Sangamon County Animal Control. Our Wet Nose Wednesday star for this week is one of those dogs. Axil has been overlooked since March 14th.
Despite living in a kennel for almost two months, Axil is a happy boy. He’s friendly to everyone he meets and loves his time outside with the volunteers. He walks nicely on a leash and is happy to sit and shake hands for treats. Axil is a handsome 3 year old who deserves a good and loving home of his own.
