The House That Inspired “The Conjuring” Sold for $1.5 Million

The house that inspired the first “Conjuring” movie just sold for $1.53 million.  If you remember, the Rhode Island farmhouse hit the market last September for $1.2 million.

The woman who bought it plans on keeping it open to the public . . . like nighttime paranormal investigations, day tours, and livestreamed events.  And yes, she DOES believe there’s SOMETHING going on in the house.

She said, quote, “This purchase is personal for me, it’s not a real estate development.  It’s around my own beliefs . . .

“I don’t believe the energy here is malevolent.  Things will happen here that will startle me, but not harm me.  I look forward to experiencing things.”
