Ms. Kolves is a teacher at Greenview JR/HS. She has had both of my children over the past several years. My son suffered from anxiety and ODD issues. When everyone else turned their back on my son, because he was "difficult", Ms. Kolves NEVER gave up on him. My son was hospitalized while in school and Ms. Kolves took time from her day to check in with him and attend meetings regarding his wellbeing. My son has graduated and my daughter now has Ms. Kolves. I see the same caring, kind teacher I saw with my son. Ms. Kolves deserves to be recognized, because she held not only my hand and helped me through some of the toughest parenthood moments, but she genuinely cares about children succeeding. Had it not been for her compassion and understanding, my son would not have made it through school. Knowing my daughter has the support of this wonderful teacher, helps me believe she will be just as successful as my son has become. Thank you Ms. Kolves for being you!
