Ms. Arnold
My sister is an amazing high school math teacher. She started her 13th year teaching at a new school this fall. In the midst of a pandemic, she has transitioned to the new school with ease. Her students already trust and relate to her. They admire her vulnerability and honesty during these trying times. She even works with her past students from her previous school when they reach out. As her sister, I see her past students reach out to her on Facebook because they admire her, trust her advice, and want to stay in touch. I do not have a relationship like that with any of my teachers from high school, but Ms. Arnold (Cindy) does. She not only teaches them math, but also, and often more importantly, she teaches them how to become wonderful adults.
