Food Fantasies Community Blood Drive

Food Fantasies will host a Community Blood Drive from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday, April 14th at ImpactLife Donor Center 1999 Wabash Ave (The Wabash Building). To donate, please contact ImpactLife Springfield at (800) 747-5401 or visit www.bloodcenter.org . If registering online choose the date 4/14 and then choose an appt time between 8-5. Appointments are no longer required at our Donor Centers. Walk ins are WELCOME. Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age (16 with parental permission form available through www.bloodcenter.org) and weigh more than 110 pounds. Blood donation is a safe, simple procedure that takes about 45 minutes to one hour. Individuals with diabetes or controlled high blood pressure may be accepted as eligible donors. ImpactLife is the provider of blood and blood components to more than 100 hospitals in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. In your area, ImpactLife is the exclusive provider to Memorial Medical Center, HSHS St. John's Hospital. All donors will automatically be entered in a drawing to win a $15 Food Fantasies Gift Card. Fresh cookies will be available in Canteen as well after 9am. PLEASE MENTION FOOD FANTASIES AT THE DONOR CENTER ON THE SIGN IN SHEET. All successful donors will also get either an egift card, bonus points or choose charitable donation!
