Subway Adopt A Day Community Blood Drive

Subway will host their Monthly Community Blood Drive from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 22nd at ImpactLife Donor Center 1999 Wabash Avenue (The Wabash Building). Can’t make it this day? Come by the Donor Center anytime & credit Subway on the Sign In Sheets!  To donate, please contact ImpactLife Springfield at (800) 747-5401 or visit www.bloodcenter.org/springfield. If registering online choose the date 4/22 and then choose your appt time between 8am-5:00pm. Appointments are no longer required at our Donor Centers. Walk Ins are Welcome! Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age (16 with parental permission form available through www.bloodcenter.org) and weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D. is required to donate. Blood donation is a safe, simple procedure that takes about 45 minutes to one hour. Individuals with diabetes or controlled high blood pressure may be accepted as eligible donors.  ImpactLife is the provider of blood and blood components to more than 100 hospitals in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. In your area, ImpactLife is the exclusive provider to Memorial Medical Center, HSHS St. John's Hospital. All successful donors will receive their choice of either an egift card, bonus points to use in our online Rewards Store (April feature is a cool tote bag) or choose to direct a donation to charity! There will also be coupons for a FREE Soda from Subway at the Donor Center for those donating on 4/22!
