Malibu Jack's Springfield Community Blood Drive Week

Malibu Jack’s Springfield will host a Community Blood Drive Week from Monday, May 19-Sunday, May 25 at ImpactLife Donor Center 1999 Wabash Ave (The Wabash Building) Times vary per day of the week. Mon/Tues 8am-5pm Wed 8am-5:30pm Thurs 7am-5:30pm Fri 7am-3pm Sat 7am-1:30pm Sun 7am-11am.  To donate, please contact ImpactLife Springfield at (800) 747-5401 or visit www.bloodcenter.org. If registering online choose the date May 19-25 and then choose an appt time. Appointments are NOT required at our Donor Centers. Potential donors must be at least 17 years of age (16 with parental permission form available through www.bloodcenter.org) and weigh more than 110 pounds. A photo I.D. is required to donate. Blood donation is a safe, simple procedure that takes about 45 minutes to one hour. Individuals with diabetes or controlled high blood pressure may be accepted as eligible donors. ImpactLife provides blood and blood components to more than 100 hospitals in Illinois, Iowa, Missouri and Wisconsin. In your area, ImpactLife is the exclusive provider to Springfield Memorial Medical Center, HSHS St. John's Hospital. All donors thruout the week will be automatically entered to win a $50 Malibu Jack’s Loaded Play Card in a Raffle Drawing with 2 winners chosen!
