‘Harry Potter: Wizards Unite’ will be launched for Android and iOS users this Friday. The game is developed by the same people who created ‘Pokemon: Go.’
Remember ‘Pokemon: Go’? People wandering somewhat-aimlessly in to the sidewalks and streets of your hometown to catch a Squirtle?
The new Harry Potter game will be similar to Pokemon, in that players will interact with characters and other “signs of magic in the real world using augmented reality.”
So if you see your neighbors running around with a cape and wand zapping the air, don’t be alarmed. They’re likely just uniting with their fellow Wizards and Warlocks. -Taylor
