Millennials Don't Like Secret Santa

By Michelle Mitchell Nov 27, 2019 | 3:51 PM

Maybe for good reason. A new survey found that over a third of millennials hate doing things like Secret Santa at work, simply because they can’t afford it.  Over 15% have felt judged buy other co workers for not chipping in more. Nearly a quarter of millennials said they’ve dipped into savings or use overdraft protection to help pay for a work-related event.  Millennials aren’t being selfish or greedy really, their just givers. The average millennial spends $191 a year on office celebrations, compared to $125 for other generations.
