A company in Japan is working on a harness that will allow to know how your dog is feeling. The harness connects to an app on your phone. It interprets your dog’s heart rate patterns so you’ll know if they’re stressed, excited, relaxed, and other feeling. The product is planned to be available for purchase later this year in the US.
