Nicki Minaj’s Husband Asks Judge To Allow Him To Use The Internet

According to newly filed court docs, Nicki Minaj's husband Kenneth Petty has asked the judge presiding over his case to allow him to use the Internet just like a person who was not convicted of attempted rape. As a registered sex offender, Petty is only allowed to go on the Internet under the supervision of an administrator. According to TMZ, prosecutors have already agreed to give Petty his online privileges back but the judge has to sign off.

Petty recently pled not guilty to failing to register as a sex offender in Los Angeles. He now has a curfew and is being required to wear an ankle monitor as he awaits next month's court date. He is also not allowed to leave Southern California.
