Hayley Williams has shared a new song “Over Yet,” the latest single off her debut solo LP Petals For Armor. She's also posted a lyric video featuring behind-the-scenes footage of her recording and doing various photo shoots. The LP is due out May 8th, although the Paramore singer has already shared five songs in an online EP.
Released in February, that EP was called Petals for Armor I and meant to be the first of two taken from the full-length album. Williams delayed the release of the second EP, Petals for Armor II, due to the coronavirus pandemic but released the single “Roses/Lotus/Violet/Iris.”
Williams announced her first-ever solo tour last month, in support of Petals For Armor. Originally scheduled to start in mid-May in Europe, followed by a North American leg, the tour has now been put on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Petals For Armor album is the first new music from Williams since the last Paramore effort, After Laughter, arrived in 2017.
