Teen struck twice by gunfire early Sunday morning

One person was struck by gunfire while sitting in a vehicle outside of an apartment building in the 1400 block of North Grand Avenue West just after midnight Sunday.The 19-year-old male, who was in the driver’s seat, was hit by shots in the left shoulder and back.
