One of the two emergency services workers facing trial in the 2022 death of Earl Moore Jr has pleaded guilty to Involuntary Manslaughter.
Peter Cadigan made the plea Friday morning in court. Cadigan along with Peggy Finley were both facing first-degree murder charges in Moore Jr’s death, which the coroner ruled was from asphyxia.
Cadigan’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23 at 1:30 p.m.
