Murder Hornets Make a Delicious Snack?

By now, you’ve probably heard that MURDER HORNETS have made their way from Asia to the U.S. for the first time.  Well, apparently if they don’t murder you, they can make for a delicious snack.

In Japan . . . where the murder hornets kill up to 50 people a year . . . people have been eating them for a while.  They’re even considered a delicacy.

It turns out they’re pretty high in protein, and since they’re two inches long, they’re easy to pan fry and serve on a skewer.  And more than 30 fancy restaurants have them on the menu.

A guy in New York who runs a company dedicated to edible insects says, quote, “People have compared it to a popcorn-y flavor without the butter.”
