Two lanes of eastbound Monroe Street closed

Two lanes of eastbound Monroe Street were shut down for repair on a water main Monday afternoon.The section of road closed was from the Fairhills Mall entrance to the east end of Grant Middle School.The westbound lanes of Monroe were open.
