CWLP employee suspended 45 days for Unit 33 incident

Facing termination, a City Water, Light and Power employee agreed last month to a 45-day suspension for his role in a malfunction that caused more than $6 million in damage to Dallman Unit 33.The unit has been offline since the Nov. 12 incident, when a battery system failure caused it to trip.
