Roodhouse man charged with murder of 2-year-old child in Macoupin County

First-degree murder charges have been filed against a Roodhouse man in connection with the death of a 2-year-old child in Carlinville.Allan R. Castleberry, 27, was arraigned Wednesday in Macoupin County Court and his bond was set at $1 million by Associate Judge Joshua A.
