Eastbound Cook Street to detour for water work

Starting Monday, traffic on eastbound Cook Street will be detoured at 14th Street as City Water, Light and Power begins replacing lead water service lines.Lead pipe service lines will be replaced in the 1400 and 1600 blocks of E.
