[ WATCH ] A Kite Carries a Little Girl 100-Feet Into the Air at a Festival, but She’s Okay

A three-year-old girl at a festival in Taiwan got tangled up in the strings of a kite and was lifted more than 100 feet into the air.  She’s whipped around for several agonizing seconds before being rescued.  She was shaken-up, but not hurt.
