Are Boneless Chicken Wings actually wings? One Lincoln, Nebraska man doesn’t think so.
Ander Christensen proposed to city council members earlier this week that the city remove the name ‘boneless chicken wings’ from all menus in the city. He says the meat used in the dish is NOT part of a chicken’s wing and people should stop mislabeling it.
He went on to propose new names for boneless chicken wings including, ‘buffalo style chicken tenders,’ ‘saucy nugs’ or ‘trash.’
