One person shot at 12th and Spruce early Monday morning

Springfield Police are investigating a shooting at 12th and Spruce streets from early Monday.The victim was a male in his 20s, according to Springfield Police Lt. Christopher Steil.The victim had gunshot wounds to both of his legs, Steil said.
