Fast food fads come and go. Some go beyond fad and stick around long after the fad fades. Examples include the McRib [1981] and Dairy Queen’s Blizzard ice cream treat [1985].
MSN put together a slideshow of fads from over the years and it’s possible one came out the year you were born. For me, it was Buttermilk Biscuits from Popeyes [1983].
