City man arraigned on charges for attacks on three people in ‘tent city’

IA Springfield man who allegedly attacked several people at an encampment for the homeless in September was formally arraigned Friday.Seneca Sanders, 36, was charged with four counts of aggravated battery in Sangamon County court.
