In a new interview, Arcade Fire's multi-instrumentalist Will Butler opened up about his new solo album Generations. He told Kyle Meredith that the album looks at his place in the world, American history and politics.
Butler traced his family back to its colonial days through his grandfather Alvino Rey's work as one of the first electric guitarists and into the present where he and his wife have spent time working with local politics around the country.
