Trick Daddy has responded to the backlash he received after saying that he thought Beyonce couldn't sing. He said during a conversation on Clubhouse on Monday night (June 21st), “Beyoncé ain’t trynna get back in music, Beyonce don’t write music and barely can sing her mother*cking self. Beyoncé can’t sing. Man I watched my god momma train Beyoncé and give her vocal lessons for years, Beyoncé can’t sing.”
After being dragged on social media, Trick Daddy addressed the backlash on his radio show, saying, “What I said was I don’t think Beyoncé can sing, and that Beyoncé is to R&B what Jay-Z was to the state of hip-hop at the time that Jay-Z considered considered himself the GOAT of rap. Which is my opinion and opinions are like buttholes, if you don’t have them you’ll be full of doo doo.”
He continued, “Thats my unpopular opinion. I said many times on the radio they are wonderful business people. Jigga made a lot of money, got a whole lot of money. But did I say anything disrespectful? No. Did I call them out of their names? No I didn’t.”
TRICK DADDY BACKTRACKS
Trick later backtracked on Instagram, saying that he never said Beyonce couldn't sing, he just didn't think she could sing like Mariah Carey or Whitney Houston.
He explained, “Beyoncé is the number one performer I've ever seen besides Michael Jackson and Chris Brown. Can she sing? Yeah… She can't sang. She ain't in my top. Beyoncé ain't Stephanie Mills. She ain't Patti LaBelle. She ain't Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey. She might be your Whitney Houston, that's my opinion. I told my homeboys that Chris Brown is on the level of Michael Jackson and they were like, 'You crazy! You're disrespecting the King.' I'm telling you something I feel and I'm telling you something that Michael Jackson told Chris Brown himself.”

Meanwhile, The Beyhive made sure to get revenge on Trick. Some fans decided to leave negative reviews about his Sunday's Eatery restaurant in Miami. One person wrote, “Disgusting food. Seriously, though. The service was so bad and the food was so subpar.” The fan left a bee emoji. Another fan wrote, “I've never in my life tasted such filth. The Lemonade on the other hand, was divine.”
