The Darren Bailey campaign for Governor has formally withdrawn their petition objection against the Independent candidate for Governor Collin Corbett.
By withdrawing the objection Corbett and his Lt. Governor running mate Carolyn Schofield have officially secured their place on November’s ballot.
Corbett becomes just the third Independent candidate for Illinois Governor to appear on the ballot in the last 86 years and the first since 1912.
