Spider-Man: No Way Home hit a Billion dollars globally recently at the box office making it the first film to do so during the pandemic. Yeah, people want to get back to the theater to see huge, blockbuster stories. While it’s a newer film many say it’s their favorite of the year but it didn’t top a survey about 2021’s best movies. No, that honor goes to another Marvel film Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. Disney’s Jungle Cruise, which starred Dwyane ‘The Rock’ Johnson, ranked second in the poll that was conducted December 13 to 17th.
