We are asking everyone to help our Wet Nose Wednesday star this week. Please help Molly find a home after 10 months at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center. Yes, that’s right! Molly has been living in a kennel at SCACAC since August 17, 2022.
Molly is a beautiful brindle boxer mix, approximately 3 years old. Unfortunately Molly does not make a good first impression if you meet her in her kennel because she wants to get out of there. You can get to know her best outside where she can play and burn off some of the stress from the kennel. Our volunteers say Molly is okay on a leash. She can pull sometimes and when she does she’s strong and she can sometimes have a mind of her own. She knows commands sit, shake and down. She likes to play ball and will release the ball to the volunteer’s hand for a treat. Molly is a smart girl who can learn a lot with patience, love and the right leadership.
Can you help Molly leave kennel life behind for good? Please come out to meet her at Sangamon County Animal Control and Adoption Center Monday-Friday 10:30-4:15 or visit during our new expanded Saturday hours 10:30-3:15. The adoption fee is $50. If you’re not ready to add Molly to your family, please share her info.
Thanks to Simply CBD, in Junction Circle, for sponsoring Wet Nose Wednesday!
