Springfield, IL – The food is one of the best parts of the Illinois State Fair, and some would argue it’s the best part of the Illinois State Fair. All over the fairgrounds you’ll find traditional fair food along with imaginative, delectible, and even unusual delights to tempt the tongue.
This year, Neuhoff Media Springfield is once again the proud sponsor of Golden Abe’s Fantastic Fair Food Contest, and you can participate! The first part of the contest was held at the fairgrounds Friday, August 11th. Classic Kitchen’s Blue Raspberry Lemonade was the big winner this year! They also won for Most Creative.
